1. Fuel Management
Different brands of diesel should be selected according to different environmental temperatures; no impurities, lime soil and water should be mixed in the diesel, otherwise it will cause premature wear of the fuel pump; the higher paraffin and sulfur content in the inferior fuel will damage the engine; daily operations are completed After that, the fuel tank should be filled with fuel to prevent the formation of water droplets on the inner wall of the fuel tank. Before daily operation, open the drain valve at the bottom of the fuel tank to drain water. After the engine fuel is used up or the filter element is replaced, the air on the road must be discharged.
2. Management of other oils
Other oils include engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc. Different brands and different grades of oil cannot be mixed; different types of Excavator oil are added with different chemical or physical additives during the production process; the oil must be clean to prevent foreign matter from entering.
3. Grease management
The use of lubricating oil can reduce the wear of the moving surface and prevent noise. When storing grease, do not mix dust, sand, water and other impurities.
4. Maintenance of filter element
Filter elements play a role in filtering impurities in the oil and gas circuit to prevent them from entering the system and causing malfunctions. Various filter elements must be regularly replaced according to the requirements of the (Operation and Maintenance Manual); when replacing the filter element, check whether the old metal on the filter element is attached; use a pure filter element that meets the machine's regulations. The filtering capacity of the lower filter element is poor. The surface and material quality of the filter layer does not meet the requirements, which will seriously affect the normal use of the machine.
5. Regular maintenance content
(1) After the new engine has been working for 250 hours, replace the fuel filter and additional fuel filter; check the engine valve clearance.
(2) Routine maintenance; check, clean or replace the air filter element; clean the cooling system; check and tighten the track shoe bolts; check and adjust the track tension; check the air inlet heater; replace the bucket teeth; adjust the bucket gap; check Clean the liquid level of the front window; check and adjust the air conditioner; clean the floor of the engine room; replace the filter of the crusher. When cleaning the inside of the cooling system, after the engine is sufficiently cooled down, slowly loosen the water inlet cap to release the internal pressure of the water tank, and then discharge the water; do not clean while the engine is running. High-speed rotating fans can be dangerous; when cleaning or replacing the cooler with liquid, park the machine on a level ground.
(3) Check items before starting the engine. Check the coolant level; check the engine oil level and refuel; check the fuel level; check the hydraulic oil level; check whether the air filter is blocked; check the wire; check whether the horn is normal; check the bucket lubrication; check the oil-water separation Water and sediment in the vessel.
(4) Long-term storage. When storing the machine for a long time, in order to prevent the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder from rusting, the working device should be placed on the ground; the whole machine should be cleaned and dried and stored in a dry indoor environment; fill the oil tank and lubricate all parts before storage, And replace the hydraulic oil, apply a thin layer of butter on the exposed metal surface of the engine oil and the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, remove the negative electrode of the battery, or remove the battery and store separately; add an appropriate proportion of antifreeze to the cooling water according to the lowest ambient temperature Agent.
