Daily maintenance of bulldozer
Daily maintenance is a very important task. A good job can not only make the Bulldozer operate safely, but also extend its service life. Therefore, before and after the operation, the bulldozer should be inspected and maintained as required. During the operation, you should also pay attention to whether there are any abnormalities in the bulldozer operation, such as noise, odor, vibration, etc., so that the problem can be discovered in time and solved in time to avoid the deterioration of minor faults and serious consequences. At the same time, if the technical maintenance is done well, it can also extend the heavy and medium repair cycle of the bulldozer and give full play to its effectiveness.

Maintenance content
1. Daily inspection
Check the bulldozer before daily work. Look around and under the machine, check for loose nuts and bolts, leaks of inorganic oil, fuel or coolant, and check the working device and hydraulic system, and check for looseness. Wire, whether there is clearance and whether there is dust accumulation in the high temperature parts; check the working device, cylinder, connecting rod, hose for cracks, excessive wear or clearance.
2. Maintenance of the track to maintain proper tension
The adjustment of the track tension is by adding butter to the oil nozzle of the tensioning cylinder or discharging butter from the oil discharge nozzle, and adjust with reference to the standard gap of each model. When the track pitch is stretched to the point where it is necessary to remove a set of track sections, the meshing surface of the drive wheel tooth surface and the pin sleeve will also be abnormally worn. At this time, the maintenance method of the Track Bulldozer should be properly handled before the meshing condition deteriorates to maintain the track. Type bulldozer methods such as turning the pin and pin sleeve over, replacing the excessively worn pin and pin sleeve, and replacing the track section assembly.
3. Lubrication
The lubrication of the running mechanism of a Bulldozer Equipped With Diesel Engine is very important. Many roller bearings burned and were scrapped because of oil leakage and were not discovered in time. It is generally believed that there may be oil leakage in the following five places: due to defective or damaged O-rings between the retaining ring and the shaft, oil leakage from the outside of the retaining ring and the shaft; due to poor contact of the floating seal ring or defects in the O-ring, from the retaining ring Oil leaks between the outer side of the ring and the roller; due to the defective O-ring between the roller and the bushing, oil leaks from the bush to the roller; due to the loosening of the filler plug or the seat of the tapered plug seal The hole is damaged, and the oil leaks at the fuel plug; due to the defective O-ring, the oil leaks between the stop cover and the roller. Therefore, you should always check the above parts, and add and replace them regularly according to the lubrication cycle of each part.
4. Scale treatment
Every 600 hours, the diesel engine cooling system should be treated with scale. In scale treatment, it is generally cleaned with an acidic cleaning solution first, and then neutralized with an alkaline aqueous solution. Through a chemical reaction, the water-insoluble scale is converted into water-soluble salts, which are removed with water. In addition, if necessary, an appropriate amount of polyoxyethylene alkyl allyl ether can be added to improve the permeability and dispersibility of scale. The use temperature of acid cleaning fluid should not exceed 65°C. The preparation and use of cleaning fluid can also refer to the relevant content in the 135 series diesel engine operation and maintenance manual.
Daily maintenance should pay attention to the following matters
1. In rainy and dusty working conditions, in addition to strictly implementing the regular maintenance regulations, special attention must be paid to tightening the oil plugs to prevent water corrosion; check whether there is muddy water in the final drive; pay special attention to the oil filler, appliances, Cleaning of grease, etc.
2. When refueling, keep the operator's hands to clean the oil drum, diesel tank, refueling port, tools, etc. When using the oil pump, be careful not to pump up the sediment on the bottom of the barrel.
3. In the case of continuous operation, the cooling water should be replaced every 300 hours or so.
